By accessing or using the services of Cleared Garage Co. ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website at clearedgarage.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Cleared Garage Co. provides residential garage cleanout, organization, and related services in the greater Austin, Texas area including Lakeway, Bee Cave, Steiner Ranch, West Lake Hills, and surrounding communities. Service availability, pricing, and scope are subject to change.
A non-refundable $150 booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your total service cost. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment forfeit the deposit.
Garage Guardian memberships are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel your membership at any time through your customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box on our forms, you consent to receive automated transactional SMS messages from Cleared Garage Co. Message frequency is up to 5 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Cleared Garage Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
